Wine Club Terms & Conditions
Thank you for joining the Wildseed Farms Wine Club. We want your membership to be simple and free of surprises, so please read the terms below before you join. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.
1. Shipments
Wine Club shipments are released four times per year. Each shipment includes the number of bottles for your membership level:
- Wine Cup: 3 bottles per shipment (12 bottles per year)
- Paintbrush: 6 bottles per shipment (24 bottles per year)
- Bluebonnet: 12 bottles per shipment (48 bottles per year)
2. Minimum Commitment
All memberships require a minimum of two (2) consecutive shipments. Your membership may be cancelled at no charge any time after your second shipment has been processed.
3. Early Cancellation Fee
If you cancel your membership before your second shipment has been processed, a $50 early cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method on file.
4. Billing
The payment method on file will be charged for each shipment, along with applicable sales tax and shipping. Please keep your payment information and shipping address current so your wine arrives without delay.
5. Shipping or Pickup
When you join, you'll choose whether to have your club shipments shipped or to pick them up here at the farm. To change your choice later, please contact the winery at winery@wildseedfarms.com.
Shipped club shipments ship at a flat rate of $25 per shipment. Bluebonnet members receive free shipping on their club shipments.
Wine can only be shipped to states where we are permitted to ship. Please email winery@wildseedfarms.com to confirm your state before choosing shipping.
Wine purchased separately through our website is shipped and is not available for in-store pickup.
6. Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to join the Wine Club. An adult 21 or older must be present to sign for each delivery.
7. Member Benefits
Member discounts and benefits are available while your membership is active and end when your membership is cancelled.
8. How to Cancel
To cancel your membership, please email winery@wildseedfarms.com.
9. Changes to These Terms
Wildseed Farms may update these terms from time to time. Members will be notified of any changes before they take effect.
